		     	Kerr  County Child  Services  Board
		     	Prospective  member  information  -   	Deborah  Rickard
		     	Deborah  Rickard  is a  billing  coordinator with  Hill  Country  MHMR Center
		     	who was  asked  to join  the  board  by former treasurer  Kathy Carpenter.
		     	Kathy said  that  Deborah  took it  upon  herself to  hand  out  blue  ribbon  pins'
		     	to  her  coworkers and  others  in  her office  building  to  promote Child  Abuse'
		     	Awareness  Month  in  April.   	Kathy told  Deborah, "You  need  to  be a  member
		     	of our  board."  Deborah  agreed  to  serve,  and  the  board  has already
		     	approved  her as  a  member  pending  Commissioners  Court approval.
		     	Deborah  brings fundraising  and  other skills to  the child  services  board.   	Slhe
		     	has  lived  in  Kerr  County for  30 -plus years and  is a  graduate of Tivy  High
		     	School  and  NIT,  with  an Associate's  degree  in  computer  programming.   	We
		     	would  respectfully  request that the  Commissioners  Court approve  Deborah
		     	Rickard  as a  member of the  Kerr County Child  Services  Board.
