			  	Came to be heard this the 24th day of May, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
			  	Williams, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
			  	of 4 -0 -0 to:
			 	Approve going out for bids for vehicles as outlined:
				   	1.		2010  F150  Ford  Truck  for  the  Environmental  Health  Department  to
			 	replace a 1999 Dodge Pickup with 108,000 miles with a Blue Book Value of $625.00
				   	2.		Two  (2)  2010  F150  Ford  Trucks  for  Animal  Control  to  replace  a  1992
			 	Ford F250 with 170,351 miles, and a 2002 GMC with 159,792 miles
			 	to be funded with surplus 2010 Capital Funds unused by the Sheriff s Office.
