					   	ARENA AT HILL COUNTRY YOUTH EXHIBIT CENTER
			 	Came to be heard this the 24th day of May, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
			 	Letz,  seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the  Court unanimously approved by a vote of
			 	4 -0 -0 to:
			 	Award the  Contract,  as recommended by Peter Lewis,  to Kendnel  Kasper Construction,
			 	from Fredericksburg, for demolition in the amount of $7,885.00, and to Socen, Inc., d /b /a
			 	Southwest  Fabricators,  from  Junction,  for  new  construction  of the  Outdoor  Arena  and
			 	Press Box in the amount of $115,950.00, at the Hill Country Youth Exhibit Center.
