			 	RE:    	Compensation of Masters Appointed to Conduct Probable Cause Mental Health
				 	Hearings
			 	Dear Ms. Pieper,
			 	Effective for Probable Cause hearings to be held on and after February  1, 2011, the Order
			 	Appointing  Attorney  for  Inspection  of  Records,  Setting  Hearings,  and  for  Notice  of
			 	Hearing  which  is  entered  in  each  mental  health  case  should  provide  that  the  Master
			 	appointed  to  conduct  the  hearing  on  probable  cause  in  each  case  should  receive
			 	reasonable  compensation  of $50  for holding  such  hearing,  such  amount to  be  taxed  as
			 	costs in the case.
