			   	Commissioner  Baldwin,   	seconded  by  Commissioners  Williams /Oehler,  the  Court
			  	unanimously approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
			   	Approve setting a Public Hearing for November 22, 2010 at 9:15 am for the Preliminary
			   	Revision of Plat for Lot  1  of Howard's Hill, Vol.  6, Page 203  and Lots  124 and  125  of'
