				Came  to  be  heard  this  the  8th  day  of  November,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
				Commissioner  Baldwin,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Williams,  the  Court  unanimously
				approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
				Approve the request from the Texas Heritage Music Foundation, a 501  (c)(3), to use the
				Union Church on November  19, 2010,  from 5:00 to 7:00, at the usual non - profit cost of
			 	50% off, for a fund raiser to help continuing funding for our educational projects.
