				Came  to  be  heard  this  the  8th  day  of  November,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
				Commissioner   	Letz,   	seconded   	by   	Commissioners   	Baldwin/Oehler,   	the   	Court
				unanimously approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
				Approve the Maintenance  Department building a permanent wall,  with door,  in the  old
				Environmental Health Office to create an office for the County Treasurer, with the funds
				to come from the Maintenance Department budget.

				Re:     	Renovation for new office
				Gentlemen:
				I  am  requesting  approval  from  the  Court  to  allow  the  Maintenance  Department  to
				construct a 7'x 8' and 6'x 8' wall, with door, in the old Environmental Health office area.
				Permitting us to have this done will create a secure office for the County Treasurer and
				allow us to  use one of the two existing small  offices as a secure /lockable (windowless)
				room for the County safe.  I have discussed with Mr.  Bollier the proposed construction
				and he has no objections.  We just need to have the Courts approval for the Maintenance
				Department to proceed.  Thank you.
