			 	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  7th  day  of  September,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
			 	Commissioner  Letz,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Williams,  the  Court  unanimously
			 	disapproved by a record vote of 2 -3 -0 to:
			 	Increase  our  M &O  Tax  Rate  by  2.6  cents  per  100  and  our  R &B  by  .4  cents  per  100
			 	(Lateral Roads) for a total tax increase of 3 cents per 100.
