			 	approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:

			 	Approve the  extension, through September 22,  2010, of Waiver of Liquidated Damages
			 	for the  Kerr County Sheriff's  Office Annex /Adult Probation Building  during the period
			 	the Contractor corrects damaged or improperly installed roof panels and resulting damage
			 	caused by the Sub - Contractor.
