					HIRING OF ASE MECHANIC FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
			 	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  13th  day  of  September,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
			 	Commissioner  Oehler,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Williams,  the  Court  unanimously
			 	approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
				Approve hiring an ASE Mechanic to fulfill Federal DOT compliance regulations for the
				Road & Bridge Department.
