			 	ROY WALSTON FROM KERR COUNTY AGRILIFE EXTENSION OFFICE TO USE
				     	DIRT FROM OUTDOOR ARENA FOR GARDENING PROJECT
				Came  to  be  heard  this  the  13th  day  of  September,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
				Commissioner  Letz,   	seconded  by  Commissioner  Oehler,  the  Court  unanimously
				approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
				Make  available  up  to  100  yards  of dirt  from  the  old  outdoor  arena  for  use  by  Roy
				Walston, from Kerr County Agrilife Extension Office, for a gardening project, and come
				back to the Commissioners' Court before any digging is started.
