					LIFTING HIRING FREEZE FOR JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT
			 	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  13th  day  of  September,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
			 	Commissioner  Baldwin,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Letz,  the  Court  unanimously
			 	approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
			 	Approve  lifting  the  hiring  freeze  for  the  Juvenile  Probation  Department  to  allow  the
			 	hiring  of a  Juvenile  Probation  Officer  as  may  be  necessary  to  be  in  compliance  with
			 	Texas Juvenile Probation Commission (TJPC) ratios and requirements.
