				Gentlemen:
				I realized this afternoon that one of the totals on the August 2010 Payroll Approval form
				was incorrect.  Recently I changed up the placement on the approval form for the "Total
				Other" cost, however, in my doing so I forgot to check my formula to verify that it was
				totaling correctly.  It wasn't.  The Total Funds total of $1,412,283.04 is correct it is just
				the "Total Other" that was not correct.  I have attached a corrected Payroll Approval form
				for the August 2010 payroll for your approval.  Thank you.
