							 	PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET
									     	OF
							   	KERR COUNTY, TEXAS FOR
									FISCAL YEAR 2010/2011
				Pursuant  to  Section  111.007,  Local  Government  Code,  notice  is  hereby  given  that the
				Commissioners'  Court of Kerr County, Texas has filed the proposed operation budget of
				Kerr County, Texas for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010.  A Public Hearing will
				be  held  on  the  proposed  operating  budget  for  the  fiscal  year  October  1,  2010  through
				September 30, 2011, pursuant to Section  111.007 Local Government Code, to be held on
				September 27, 2010 at  10:00 AM in the Commissioner's Courtroom of the Kerr County
				Courthouse,  Kerrville,  Texas.   	A  copy  of the  budget  is  available  for  inspection  at  the
				office of the Kerr County Clerk, at the Kerr County Courthouse during normal business
				hours.
