			 	Commissioner  Williams,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Baldwin,  the  Court  unanimously
			 	approved by a vote of 3 -2 -0 to: (Commissioners Letz and Oehler voted against)
			 	Adopt the Position Schedule for Fiscal Year 2010 -2011, which also  includes  increasing
			 	the  Kerr  County  Sheriff's  salary  so  that  the  Kerr  County  Sheriff's  salary  is  $5,000.00
			 	greater than the Kerr County Sheriff's Chief Deputy's salary for Fiscal Year 2010 -2011.
