 1        On Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at approximately 12:30 p.m.,

 2   a special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was

 3   held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,

 4   Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in

 5   open court:

 6                      P R O C E E D I N G S

 7                  JUDGE TINLEY:  At this time, if there's no

 8   objection, I will adjourn the workshop and I will reconvene

 9   the Commissioners Court meeting that was recessed yesterday

10   at approximately this same time.  And we're back at 2.12, as

11   I recall, on the consideration agenda.  Is there any action

12   to be taken in connection with consideration agenda Item

13   2.12?

14                  COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  You're looking at me,

15   and it's not my agenda item.  I know you're being nice.

16                  JUDGE TINLEY:  You're one.

17                  COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  I don't have any

18   action on that.

19                  JUDGE TINLEY:  Okay.

20                  COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS:  No action.

21                  (Commissioner Letz shook his head.)

22                  COMMISSIONER NICHOLSON:  I think we should

23   table that item until we can digest all the information that

24   we were given.

25                  JUDGE TINLEY:  There being no action laid on

 1   the table -- well, being no objection, we'll adjourn the

 2   Commissioners Court meeting that was originally convened

 3   yesterday.  Thank you.
