 1        On Monday, April 5, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., a special meeting

 2   of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was held in the

 3   Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville,

 4   Texas, and the following proceedings were had in open court:

 5                      P R O C E E D I N G S

 6                  JUDGE TINLEY:  Okay.  Let me call to order

 7   the special Commissioners Court meeting scheduled for this

 8   date, Monday, April the 5th of 2004, at 1:30 p.m., it having

 9   been posted for that time.  The first item on the agenda is

10   an executive session concerning interviewing and considering

11   applicants for the Commissioners Court Coordinator-slash-

12   Administrative Assistant position.  So, if there's no

13   objection, we will close the open portion of the meeting at

14   1:35, and we will go into executive session.

15                  (The open session was closed at 1:35 p.m.,
                     and an Executive Session was held, the
16                   transcript of which is contained in a
                     separate document.)
