ABLES, 216th District Judge 2 1 On Thursday, September 30, 2004, at approximately 7:57 2 p.m., an emergency meeting of the Hill Country Juvenile 3 Facility Corporation was held in the Kerr County Commissioners 4 Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas, and the 5 following proceedings were had: 6 P R O C E E D I N G S 7 JUDGE TINLEY: I will call to order the 8 special emergency meeting of the Hill Country Juvenile 9 Facility Corporation posted for Thursday, September the 10 30th, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. We have two members of the 11 facility corporation present. They are Judge Karl Prohl and 12 myself, constituting a quorum. The only item on the agenda 13 is consider and discuss temporary continuation of a lease 14 agreement between the Hill Country Juvenile Facility 15 Corporation and Kerr County, Texas, as proposed in the 16 proposed Letter of Agreement between the Bank of New York on 17 the one hand, and -- and the Juvenile Facility Corporation 18 as one of the other parties on the other hand; but also, 19 another signatory to that being the Kerr County -- myself, 20 acting in my capacity as County Judge of Kerr County, 21 because it also includes the lease agreement being 22 continued. Do I hear a motion to continue the -- 23 continuation of the lease agreement between the Juvenile 24 Facility Corporation and Kerr County until November 1, 2004, 25 as proposed in the Letter of Agreement? 9-30-04 jfc 3 1 JUDGE PROHL: So moved. 2 JUDGE TINLEY: And I'll second that motion. 3 Any further question or discussion?
