PAT TINLEY, Kerr County Judge HON. EMIL KARL PROHL, 198th District Judge 24 ABSENT: HON. STEPHEN B. ABLES, 216th District Judge 25 2 1 On Friday, December 17, 2004, at 11:37 a.m., a meeting of 2 the Kerr County Juvenile Board was held in the Kerr County 3 Commissioners Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, 4 Texas, and the following proceedings were had: 5 P R O C E E D I N G S 6 (A meeting of the Hill Country Juvenile Facility Corporation was held immediately 7 prior to the Juvenile Board meeting.) 8 JUDGE TINLEY: Any further business to come 9 before the Facility Corporation? 10 JUDGE PROHL: I don't think so. 11 JUDGE TINLEY: Hearing none, I will declare 12 that meeting adjourned, and will call to order the meeting 13 of the Kerr County Juvenile Board which was posted for 14 Friday, December 17th, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. It's past that 15 now. Again, the only item on the agenda is consider and 16 discuss approval of temporary lease and operating agreement 17 at the Juvenile Detention Facility. We have essentially the 18 same background, the only difference being that the Juvenile 19 Board is a party to the operating agreement with Kerr County 20 that -- that is temporarily in place and has been in place 21 through the end of December of this year. And if it's going 22 to continue temporarily, we need to extend that until the 23 purchase can be completed. 24 JUDGE PROHL: I -- I move that we -- that we 25 extend it to -- for the 30-day period, the same as we did in 12-17-04 3 1 the Facilities Corporation. 2 JUDGE TINLEY: Through the end of 3 December 2005? 4 JUDGE PROHL: Mm-hmm. 5 JUDGE TINLEY: With appropriate notice being 6 given to the trustee for the bondholders -- 7 JUDGE PROHL: Right. 8 JUDGE TINLEY: -- for that extension. Very 9 good. I'll second that motion. Any question or discussion? 10 All in favor of the motion, signify by raising your right 11 hand. 12 (The motion carried by unanimous vote.) 13 JUDGE TINLEY: All opposed, same sign. 14 (No response.) 15 JUDGE TINLEY: The motion does carry.
