"BUSTER" BALDWIN, Commissioner Pct. 1 24 WILLIAM "BILL" WILLIAMS, Commissioner Pct. 2 25 ABSENT: JONATHAN LETZ, Commissioner Pct. 3 BRUCE OEHLER, Commissioner Pct. 4 2 1 On Thursday, September 13, 2007, at 2:40 p.m., a 2 special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was 3 held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, 4 Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in 5 open court: 6 P R O C E E D I N G S 7 JUDGE TINLEY: Okay, let me call to order a special 8 meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court. This meeting 9 was originally scheduled and posted for Thursday, 10 September 13th, 2007, at 1 p.m. We were delayed getting 11 started because court was in session. Upon arrival from 12 lunch, the Court began hearing probate -- a probate case, and 13 then immediately thereafter began consideration of juvenile 14 cases. We're in a recess in those juvenile cases, and so 15 we're therefore in a position to hold this particular 16 meeting, and it's now 2:40 in the afternoon. The agenda item 17 today is to consider, discuss, and take appropriate action to 18 ratify and confirm the official bond of Kerr County Precinct 19 1 Constable, John Lavender. The original bond has been 20 tendered to the Court by the -- by the constable designee. 21 Do I hear a motion that that bond be ratified, approved, and 22 confirmed? 23 COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Judge, I move for approval 24 of the agenda item. 25 COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Second. 9-13-07 cc 3 1 JUDGE TINLEY: Motion made and seconded for 2 approval of the agenda item.
