           1             On Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., a

           2   special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was

           3   held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,

           4   Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in

           5   open court:

           6                       P R O C E E D I N G S

           7             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  Let me open this

           8   Commissioners Court meeting.  It is 10 a.m. on September the

           9   20th, 2007, and we will now recess that meeting and open a

          10   public hearing regarding the proposed Kerr County 2007 tax

          11   rate.

          12             (The regular Commissioners Court meeting was closed
                         at 10 a.m., and a public hearing was held in open
          13             court, as follows:)

          14                   P U B L I C    H E A R I N G

          15             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  It's a public hearing.  The

          16   Commissioners Court is now in session to hear comments from

          17   the public.

          18             (No response.)

          19             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  Hearing none, we will close

          20   the public hearing and reconvene the Commissioners Court

          21   meeting.

          22             (The public hearing was concluded at 10 a.m.,
                         and the regular Commissioners Court meeting was
          23             reopened.)
