           1         On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at 1:37 p.m., a special

           2   meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was held in

           3   the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,

           4   Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in

           5   open court:

           6                       P R O C E E D I N G S

           7             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  The budget workshop is now

           8   in recess, and we'll open the Commissioners Court for one

           9   agenda item.  It is now 1:37, July 6th, 2010.  Agenda Item

          10   1.1.  Consider the creation -- can we just stop right there?

          11   Consider the creation.  Of a road district in the Section 9

          12   Castle Lake Ranch Subdivision, and authorization --

          13   authorizing the posting and publication of a notice of public

          14   hearing in connection therewith.  Commissioner Jonathan Letz.

          15             COMMISSIONER LETZ:  This is on the agenda because

          16   the verbiage that we did at our last meeting may not have

          17   been correct.  This is the verbiage that Tom Spurgeon has

          18   sent.  It has exactly how we need to word it.  So, it's on

          19   the agenda to do the same thing, and this public hearing will

          20   be August 9th at 10 o'clock.  I move approval.

          21             COMMISSIONER OEHLER:  Second.

          22             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  Got a motion and second.

          23   Any further discussion?  Hearing none, all in favor, please

          24   raise your right hand.

          25             (The motion carried by unanimous vote.)

           2             COMMISSIONER LETZ:  Judge Ragsdale voted for it as

           3   well.

           4             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  Show -- let the record

           5   reflect that Judge Ragsdale voted "aye."  (Laughter.)  You

           6   want to recess or adjourn this meeting?

           7             COMMISSIONER LETZ:  We can adjourn.

           8             COMMISSIONER BALDWIN:  This Commissioners Court

           9   meeting is adjourned.
