I guess it's appropriate that I 12 read the totals off my -- is that correct, -- 13 MS. ALFORD: Yes, sir, that's correct. 14 JUDGE TINLEY: -- Ms. Alford? 15 MS. ALFORD: Yes. 16 JUDGE TINLEY: I'm going to read the straight 17 party, even though that may not be relevant here. The total 18 votes that voted straight-ticket Republican, 8,843. 19 Straight-ticket votes, Democratic party, 1,359. 20 Straight-ticket Libertarian party, 80. Straight-ticket 21 votes, Green party, 20. The total votes cast, 10,302. No 22 over votes. Under votes is 6,333. HARGIS: That's right; I had to have my turn. 23 I just want to inform y'all that we have a $96,000 bill from 24 the Flat Rock Dam that I'm going to go ahead and pay early, 25 but I just wanted to inform -- it will be on the bills that 11-15-10 B 8 1 are going to be approved, but I wanted to inform you that it 2 was going to be done. 3 JUDGE TINLEY: Engineer approved it; I approved it 4 earlier today. 5 MS.
