The -- the public 11 necessity or emergency is spelled out in the agenda that was 12 posted. The agenda item is to consider, discuss, take 13 appropriate action on proposed settlement agreement regarding 14 the CREZ line. Since that is an executive session item, we 15 will close the open or public portion of the meeting right 16 now for the purpose of going into executive session to 17 consider that item. 18 (The open session was closed at 8:10 a.m., and an executive session was held, the transcript of which 19 is contained in a separate document.) 20 - - - - - - - - - - 21 JUDGE TINLEY: Okay. It is 9:23, and we're in 22 executive or closed session -- back in public or open 23 session, rather, having previously met in executive or closed 24 session. Any member of the Court have anything to offer with 25 regard to matters discussed in executive session? 8-2-11 4 1 COMMISSIONER OEHLER: I move that we decline the 2 offer, and that we keep an open line of communication for any 3 future offers that might be made, that would be considered. 4 JUDGE TINLEY: All right. I have a motion. Do I 5 hear a second? 6 COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Is somebody going to write a 7 letter to that effect? 8 COMMISSIONER OEHLER: I would instruct the County 9 Attorney to forward that to L.C.R.A. 10 COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Second. 11 JUDGE TINLEY: We have a motion and a second as 12 indicated. Question or discussion?
