            1               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, it's Friday,

            2   March the 9th, 2018, and it's now about 10:02 a.m., Kerr

            3   County Commissioners' Court is in session again.  This

            4   is a recess from yesterday?

            5               COMMISSIONER REEVES:  No, Sir.  It's brand

            6   new.

            7               JUDGE POLLARD:  Oh, it's posted again for

            8   today, that's right.

            9               All right, and so we're at 1.1 is consider,

           10   discuss and take appropriate action to interview and

           11   hire maintenance supervisor, and we're going to go into

           12   executive session on that right now, and that's all

           13   under section 551 of the Government Code with all those

           14   sections.

           15               (Executive Session.)

           16               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, it's about 12:19

           17   now p.m., and we're coming out of closed session into

           18   open session, and I don't think there's any further

           19   business for the Commissioners' Court, is that correct,

           20   and no decision to be made at this time?  Is that

           21   correct?

           22               COMMISSIONER REEVES:  That's correct.

           23               JUDGE POLLARD:  We are therefore adjourned.
