            1               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, it's about 9:04

            2   a.m., and it's May the 7th, 2018 and the Kerr County

            3   Commissioners' Court is in session.  This one is a

            4   special one this morning on the first agenda here.  One

            5   item, approval agenda, to discuss in executive session

            6   to take appropriate action regarding a personnel matter,

            7   so I'm going to declare that we're in closed session at

            8   this time pursuant to Article 551 of the Texas

            9   Government Code, with all of the various sections under

           10   it.

           12               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, we can close the
