            1               JUDGE POLLARD:  It's June the 4th, 2018.

            2   It's now 9:30 a.m., and this is a special called

            3   Commissioners' Court in accordance with the -- item 1 on

            4   the agenda is consider, discuss and take appropriate

            5   action regarding personnel matter in Information

            6   Technology Department in an executive session.

            7               You want to go into executive session or

            8   take it in open, or what?

            9               COMMISSIONER REEVES:  I would prefer with a

           10   personnel issue to go into executive session, if there's

           11   no objections.

           12               MRS. STEBBINS:  I have no objections.

           13               JUDGE POLLARD:  We'll go into executive

           14   session to discuss personnel matters under Section 551

           15   of the Texas Government Code.  Get to those sections

           16   072, 073, 075, and a bunch of sections above that, 087

           17   is the last one, and everything in it.

           18               All right, we're in closed session.

           19               (Executive Session.)

           20               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, we're back in

           21   open session.  Is there a motion?

           22               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  I'll make a motion that

           23   we refer any action regarding the personnel matters in

           24   IT Department to the two Liaisons for that department

           25   for further action.

            1               COMMISSIONER REEVES:  I'll second.

            2               JUDGE POLLARD:  Been moved by Commissioner

            3   Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 4 to refer

            4   the matter to the two Liaisons dealing with that

            5   department to take appropriate action.  Okay, is there

            6   any further comment or discussion?  There being none,

            7   those in favor of the motion signify by raising your

            8   right hands.  This is 5 zero, unanimous.

            9               Okay, any further business for the

           10   Commissioners' Court at this time?  We're adjourned.
