It's now about 9:32 a.m. and the 3 Kerr County Commissioners' Court is in session. This is 4 a Special Commissioners' Court agenda, and there are two 5 items. 1.1 is to consider, discuss and take appropriate 6 action regarding a personnel matter. 7 1.2 is to consider, discuss and take 8 appropriate action regarding pending or possible 9 litigation. Both of these are proposed to be in 10 executive session, and so I hereby declare under Section 11 551 point -- all these subsections under those, 071, 12 etc. that we are in closed session. 13 (Executive Session.) 14 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, we're back in 15 open session now. Is there any -- is there a motion? 16 Anything? 17 COMMISSIONER LETZ: You make it. 18 JUDGE POLLARD: No? 19 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Oh, let's see -- 20 JUDGE POLLARD: I think you suggested a 21 motion, what's the wording? 22 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Yeah, the wording. 23 MRS. STEBBINS: You can make a motion to 24 permit the Liaisons of the HR Department to help her 25 facilitate a pending unemployment claim. 4 1 JUDGE POLLARD: That's your motion? 2 COMMISSIONER BELEW: That's my motion, what 3 she said. 4 COMMISSIONER MOSER: I'll second that. 5 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 6 Precinct 1, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 as to 7 the motion as dictated into the record by the County 8 Attorney. Is there any further comment or discussion? 9 There being none, those in favor signify by raising your 10 right hand. It's 5 zero, unanimous. 11 Is there any further business for the 12 Commissioners' Court? There being none, we're 13 adjourned.
