It's about 9:02 a.m. Kerr 3 County Commissioners' Court is in session. This is a 4 special bill pay session thanks to our Texas Attorney 5 General. We'll get right to it. 6 Item 1.1 is pay the bills. 7 MRS. DOSS: Yes. For Kerr County the total 8 for FY 17-18 bills is $140,514.53. And the total for 9 Kerr County FY 18-19 bills is $700,373.41. Airport 10 total for FY 17-18 is $9,061.89. Airport FY 18-19 is 11 $5,995.99. And Juvenile FY 17-18 is $5,185.46. 12 COMMISSIONER REEVES: I make a motion to pay 13 the bills for FY 17-18 as presented by the Auditor, FY 14 18-19 as presented by the Auditor, and the Treasurer's 15 disbursements for fiscal year 17-18 and 18-19. 16 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second. 17 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 18 Precinct 4, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 3 to pay 19 the bills as submitted for the fiscal year 17-18, as 20 well as the fiscal year 18-19 as presented by the County 21 Auditor, and set forth in the payroll approval, all part 22 of the agenda. 23 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Not payroll approval. 24 JUDGE POLLARD: Pardon. 25 COMMISSIONER MOSER: I say not payroll 4 1 approval; it was just on paying bills. 2 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, just paying bills 3 then. Any further comment or discussion? If not, those 4 in favor of the motion signify by raising your right 5 hands. It's three zero, unanimous. One abstention, 6 myself. 7 1.2 budget amendments. 8 MRS. DOSS: Yes. We have one budget 9 adjustment, and this is for FY 18-19. When we paid the 10 liability for the vehicle insurance, we were short in 11 Constable 3 department, so we transferred some from 12 Constable 1, 2 and 4 and non-departmental to cover it. 13 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we adjust the 14 budget as recommended by the County Auditor. 15 COMMISSIONER REEVES: Second. 16 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 17 Precinct 2, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 3 to pay 18 the Auditor -- to approve the budget amendment as 19 recommended by the County Auditor in the budget package. 20 Is there any further discussion? If not, those in favor 21 of the motion signify by raising your right hands. It's 22 three zero, unanimous. One abstention, myself. 23 1.3 late bills. 24 MRS. DOSS: No late bills, Sir. 25 JUDGE POLLARD: No late bills. 5 1 1.4 approve payroll. 2 MRS. DOSS: Yes. Total payroll is 3 $746,105.15. 4 COMMISSIONER MOSER: And that's about 50 5 percent more than normal, isn't it? 6 MRS. DOSS: Yes, because we pay the 7 retirement once a month. 8 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Okay, gotcha. 9 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I move to approve the 10 payroll as submitted. 11 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Second. 12 JUDGE POLLARD: It's been moved by 13 Commissioner Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner 14 Precinct 2 to approve the payroll and approve payment of 15 the payroll totaling $746,105.15 as set forth in the 16 agenda package and recommended by the County Auditor. Is 17 there any further comment or discussion? If not, those 18 in favor of the motion signify by raising your right 19 hands. It's three zero, unanimous.
