This is a special 4 pay session. And now listen to this, Mr. Moser, thanks 5 to our Texas Attorney General, all right. So I'm not 6 going to dwell on that anymore. Everybody's here heard 7 that before, okay? 8 COMMISSIONER MOSER: But you will repeat it 9 from now on. 10 JUDGE POLLARD: All right. And we get right 11 to it, item 1.2 is pay the bills. 12 MRS. DOSS: Yes. There are quite a few 13 packets. Included in the first one is Kerr County 14 fiscal year 17-18 for $172,961.43. Kerr County fiscal 15 year 18-19 packet $185,324.49. Juvenile Probation 16 fiscal year 17-18 $282.95. Juvenile Probation fiscal 17 year 18-19 $1,136.48. Airport fiscal year 17-18 18 $280.06. Airport fiscal year 18-19 $199.04. Adult 19 Probation fiscal year 18-19 $1,522.07. Fund 32, which 20 is the TDA grant, for fiscal year 17-18 $63,700.00. 21 Fund 95, which is the 198th DA Forfeiture Account for 22 fiscal year 17-18 $244.52. Fund 95 fiscal year 18-19 23 198th DA Forfeiture Account $63.91. And this all totals 24 $425,714.95. 25 JUDGE POLLARD: Questions, comments, or a 4 1 motion? 2 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I'll make a motion that 3 we pay all bills 17-18 and 18-19, and also approve all 4 disbursements as presented. 5 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 6 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 7 Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 to pay 8 all the bills as presented in the agenda package. This 9 is item 1.1 of the agenda package. Is there any further 10 comment or discussion? 11 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Yes. I'd love for you 12 to have the larger font. It's so hard to read these 13 things. Can anybody really see that? 14 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Oh, yeah. 15 JUDGE POLLARD: Yeah. 16 COMMISSIONER BELEW: I was having a 17 discussion with Rob Kelly about the fine print earlier, 18 and I'm a little worried about it. 19 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Well -- 20 JUDGE POLLARD: What fine print? I can't 21 even see it. 22 COMMISSIONER LETZ: It's not hard to read. 23 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Sure it is. Golly. 24 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Look, I don't even have 25 glasses like you other old guys. 5 1 COMMISSIONER BELEW: That's all I wanted to 2 say. 3 JUDGE POLLARD: Well, it saves paper, is 4 that right? 5 MRS. DOSS: Yes, Sir. Good point. 6 JUDGE POLLARD: Saves us from looking at it, 7 too. 8 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I look at it. I went 9 through every page. These were -- I had fewer questions 10 on this group of bills than I think I've ever had. 11 COMMISSIONER BELEW: They were all very 12 clear but, you know, when you're sorting through and 13 there's not page listings then you're trying to find 14 those figures and where they start and end, and it's 15 kind of hard. 16 COMMISSIONER REEVES: I do have one 17 question, Page 36. And I think I know what this is for 18 but I'll let you explain. Was this money that they'd 19 put up subject to completion of the construction of the 20 subdivision? 21 MRS. DOSS: Yes. This was the financial 22 guarantee for Harper Estates. 23 COMMISSIONER REEVES: And they completed it? 24 MRS. DOSS: Yes. In a Commissioners' Court, 25 I think, back in August did. I do have a court order 6 1 where you released it. 2 COMMISSIONER REEVES: Okay. That's what 3 this one was for. 4 MRS. DOSS: It was for Harper Estates. 5 COMMISSIONER REEVES: All right. 6 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, any further 7 questions or comments? Those in favor of the motion 8 signify by raising your right hand.
