It's about 9:01 a.m., and the 3 Kerr County Commissioners' Court is in session. 4 COMMISSIONER MOSER: It's not; it's 9 5 o'clock. 6 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, I stand corrected 7 by Commissioner Moser who finally decided to grace us 8 with his presence, so we now have a full in bank 9 Commissioners' Court, okay? All right, it is a special 10 bill pay day for Commissioners' Court we have thanks to 11 our illustrious State Attorney General for that, and we 12 thank him for that -- not really. That's just tongue in 13 cheek. 14 Let's get right to it item 1.1 pay the 15 bills, Madam Auditor. 16 MRS. DOSS: Yes. Total bills for Kerr 17 County fiscal year 17-18 $6,123.93. Kerr County fiscal 18 year 18-19 total is $514,340.92. Adult Probation is 19 $4,269.18. Airport $1,978.40. Juvenile probation 20 $1,249.50. And fund 95, which is the 198th D.A. 21 forfeiture account $527.66. 22 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we pay the 23 bills. 24 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second. 25 COMMISSIONER BELEW: I have one question. I 4 1 thought we had that zero balance with them. 2 COMMISSIONER MOSER: No. Still gotta make 3 payments. It's zero -- 4 COMMISSIONER BELEW: What was that for, 5 Brenda? 6 MRS. DOSS: I'm sorry? 7 COMMISSIONER BELEW: The airport payment. 8 MRS. DOSS: Well, we do their -- they get 9 revenue, and then we disburse the bills for them. 10 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Okay, I gotcha. 11 MRS. DOSS: But it's in a separate fund. 12 It's all separate. 13 COMMISSIONER LETZ: This is a disbursement. 14 MRS. DOSS: Yes, it's a disbursement. 15 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, any other 16 questions or comments? 17 COMMISSIONER BELEW: No. 18 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, those in favor of 19 the motion signify by raising your right hands. By the 20 way, the motion was made by Commissioner Moser Precinct 21 2 Commissioner, and seconded by Commissioner Precinct 3 22 Commissioner Letz, and it passes 4-0-1, one abstention, 23 myself. 24 All right, let's go to the next item on the 25 agenda and that's 1.2 budget amendments. 5 1 MRS. DOSS: Yes, we just got handout of 2 budget amendments. The first one, we received the lease 3 proceeds from Government Capital, and this is for the 4 election equipment, for the Road and Bridge equipment, 5 the Sheriff's vehicles, and the Constable vehicle, and 6 the Ag Extension vehicle. So this is to set up the 7 budget to expend the proceeds. 8 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I move we approve the 9 budget amendment as presented. 10 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 11 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second -- go ahead. 12 JUDGE POLLARD: All right, been moved by 13 Commissioner Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner 14 Precinct 4 to approve item 1.2 on the agenda, and that 15 is to approve all budget amendments as submitted in the 16 agenda package. Is there any question, comment? There 17 being none, those in favor signify by raising your right 18 hand. It's 4-0-1, it passes. One abstention, myself. 19 Item 1.3 late bills? 20 MRS. DOSS: No late bills. 21 JUDGE POLLARD: No late bills. 22 1.4 approve payroll? 23 MRS. DOSS: Yes. The total payroll is 24 $547,052.57. 25 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I move we approve and 6 1 authorize the payroll. 2 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Second. 3 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 4 Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 to 5 approve item 1.4 of the agenda package, and that is to 6 approve the payroll and authorize the payment of that by 7 the Treasurer. Is there any further comment or 8 discussion? There being none, those in favor signify by 9 raising your right hand. It's 4-0-1.
