            1               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, it's December

            2   the -- is today the 6th or 7th?

            3               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  6th.

            4               JUDGE POLLARD:  6th, 2018.  It's 9 a.m.

            5   according to Commissioner Precinct 3, and Kerr County

            6   Commissioners' Court is in session.  We're here today

            7   thanks to our opinion of our illustrious Attorney

            8   General.  This is a bill pay day, so we'll get right to

            9   it.

           10               Item 1.1 pay the bills.

           11               MRS. JOHNSON:  Good morning.

           12               JUDGE POLLARD:  Howdy.

           13               MRS. JOHNSON:  The bills for the Kerr County

           14   for fiscal year 18-19 $451,449.42.  The Airport is

           15   $1,605.01.  Adult Probation $5,086.73.

           16               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  I have a number of

           17   questions.  No, I'm just kidding you.

           18               MRS. JOHNSON:  Okay.

           19               COMMISSIONER BELEW:  I move that we pay the

           20   bills.

           21               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, is there a

           22   second?

           23               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  Second.

           24               JUDGE POLLARD:  Okay.  I note there's a

           25   payment for the airport here.  But we're not quite zero

            1   with them yet, is that --

            2               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  No, no, no, no.  We

            3   disburse their funds.  We are their administrator.

            4   Yeah, no, it's okay.

            5               JUDGE POLLARD:  So they're still zero.

            6               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  They're still zero.

            7               JUDGE POLLARD:  All right, I'm glad to hear

            8   that.  All right, is there any further discussion about

            9   the motion?  If not, those in favor of the motion

           10   signify by raising your right hand.  It's four zero,

           11   unanimous.

           12               Next item 1.2 budget amendments.

           13               MRS. JOHNSON:  Yes, we have one for the

           14   District Clerk, $30.00 to cover on her bond.

           15               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  More for approval.

           16               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  Second.

           17               JUDGE POLLARD:  Been moved by Commissioner

           18   3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 for approval of

           19   item 1.2 on the agenda, the budget amendments.  Is there

           20   any further discussion?  There being none, those in

           21   favor of the motion signify by raising your right hands.

           22   It's four zero, unanimous.

           23               Let the record reflect that Commissioner

           24   Precinct 4, Mr. Harris, has not been here yet today.
