It is Thursday, December 13, 2018. 3 It's about 9:05 a.m., Kerr County Court is in session. 4 This is a special bill pay agenda today, I'll just 5 briefly say, thanks to our illustrious Attorney General. 6 All right, let's get to item 1.1 pay the 7 bills. 8 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I move we pay the bills, 9 Judge. 10 COMMISSIONER MOSER: I'll second that. 11 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 12 Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 to pay 13 the bills. JOHNSON: Thank you. 18 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Great job. 19 COMMISSIONER LETZ: We also -- we went too 20 fast, I think. We also need to approve the 21 disbursements as presented. 22 JUDGE POLLARD: Okay. 23 COMMISSIONER MOSER: In addition to paying 24 the bills. 25 COMMISSIONER LETZ: In addition to paying 4 1 the bills. 2 COMMISSIONER MOSER: I second. 3 JUDGE POLLARD: Been moved by Commissioner 4 Precinct 3, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 to 5 approve the disbursements as presented in the agenda 6 package. Does he plan on coming, or do you know? 12 MRS. GRINSTEAD: I don't think so. 13 JUDGE POLLARD: 1.2 budget amendments? 14 MRS. JOHNSON: There are none. 15 JUDGE POLLARD: 1.3 late bills? 16 MRS. JOHNSON: There are none. 17 JUDGE POLLARD: 1.4 approve payroll? 18 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Question. I have a 19 copy of two payrolls, one for 969,000, and the other one 20 for 1.3 million. 21 MRS. SOLDAN: Yes, Sir. Two weeks ago when 22 you approved payroll the TCDRS payment for 337,182.09 23 was on that. You've already approved it, we're paying 24 it tomorrow, but we're not paying it again. We're not 25 paying it twice. You've approved it, so I took it off, 5 1 so now our total payroll is $969,781.86. 2 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we pay the 3 payroll. 4 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 5 JUDGE POLLARD: Moved by Commissioner 6 Precinct 2, seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 to pay 7 the payroll at nine hundred -- the lower figure, the 960 8 some odd dollar figure. Is there any further comment or 9 question? There being none, those in favor of the 10 motion signify by raising your right hands. Four zero, 11 unanimous.
