It's 2 Thursday, March 28th, 9 a.m., and we're in a special 3 Commissioners' Court meeting thanks to the Attorney 4 General. 5 And we'll get started item 1.1 pay the 6 bills. 7 MRS. JOHNSON: Good morning. Bills for 8 Kerr County $228,683.55. For other funds for the 9 Treasurer to disburse Adult Probation $12,806.65. The 10 Airport $3,687.86. Juvenile Probation $770.00. Fund 11 78, which is County Clerk fees, $1,759.67. And fund 95 12 198th DA Forfeiture Fund $117.61. 13 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move we pay the bills 14 as presented. 15 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 16 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Motion by Commissioner 17 Moser, second by Commissioner Belew to pay the bills and 18 Treasurer's disbursements as presented. JOHNSON: We have one for Hill Country 23 Youth Exhibit Center to reallocate budget for the funds 24 on the forklift expense. 25 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Okay. We want a motion 4 1 for the forklift that we previously approved to move the 2 slight balance. We have a motion to approve? 3 COMMISSIONER BELEW: I make the motion to 4 approve. 5 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 6 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second by Mr. Harris. 7 Any further discussion? I have not really gone 14 through them all because I was up here talking about 15 weed killer. I've glanced through them all and they 20 all look fine. I know there's one that was previously 21 change.
