            1               JUDGE KELLY:  Okay, it is Wednesday, April

            2   17th, 2019, at a couple minutes after 3:30, and the Kerr

            3   County Commissioners' Court is now in session.  We have

            4   an approval agenda 1.1 is to approve the payroll.

            5               MR. ROBLES:  I am not Tracy Soldan, she's

            6   out at a conference.  Our payroll to be approved this

            7   period is $557,243.81.

            8               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  Move that we pay the

            9   payroll.

           10               COMMISSIONER HARRIS:  Second.

           11               COMMISSIONER BELEW:  Second.

           12               JUDGE KELLY:  It's been moved by

           13   Commissioner Letz, second by Commissioner Harris to

           14   approve the payroll.  Is there any further discussion?

           15   Those in favor raise your hand.  Unanimous, five zero,

           16   payroll's approved.

           17               Is there any other business before the

           18   Court?

           19               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  No.

           20               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  Nope.
