This is our bill pay docket. 3 The Kerr County Commissioners' Court is now in session. 4 The first item on the agenda is 1.1 pay bills. 5 MRS. JOHNSON: Good morning. Kerr County is 6 $57,048.25. For other funds to be disbursed by the 7 Treasurer, Adult Probation, $11,664.53. The Airport is 8 $2,477.92. Juvenile Probation, $40,896.33. Fund 95, 9 which is 198th DA Forfeiture account, $1,107.11. 10 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we pay the 11 bills and Treasurer disbursements as presented. 12 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second. 13 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, we got a motion by 14 Commissioner Moser, and seconded by Commissioner Letz 15 to approve paying the bills. Is there any discussion? 16 Those in favor raise your hand. Four zero, unanimous, 17 for the quorum that's here. 18 1.2 is budget amendments. 19 MRS. JOHNSON: We have three. Constable 2, 20 which is to certify new revenue. The second one is 21 County Attorney. The third one is Animal Control, which 22 is certifying new revenue also. 23 COMMISSIONER MOSER: When it's certifying 24 revenue, that's just funds that come into that from -- 25 MRS. JOHNSON: Yes. Animal Services is 4 1 donations. That money came in that we -- 2 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Oh, and the other is 3 insurance proceeds, I see it, okay. Thank you. 4 MRS. JOHNSON: Yes, Sir. 5 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, is there a motion to 6 approve the budget amendments? I'll make a motion. 7 We'll just get on the road. Is there a second? 8 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 9 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, I made a motion, and 10 Commissioner Harris has seconded to approve the budget 11 amendments. Is there any further discussion?
