The first item 4 on the agenda is to pay bills. 5 MR. ROBLES: Good morning. Kerr County's 6 bills are $810,145.04. Adult Probation $2,603.31. 7 Airport $10,274.38. Juvenile Probation $802.17, for a 8 total of $823,824.90. Fund 78 $1,174.93. Fund 95 9 $59.20. The reason Kerr County's a little higher than 10 usual is because we have TCDRS, Blue Cross Blue Shield 11 payment as well as the Fire and EMS contract in there. 12 COMMISSIONER LETZ: And truck. 13 MR. ROBLES: And a truck. 14 COMMISSIONER LETZ: I move we pay the bills. 15 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 16 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, had a motion by 17 Commissioner Letz, and seconded by Commissioner Harris 18 to pay the bills. Is there any further discussion? 19 Those in favor raise your hand. Unanimous, five zero we 20 pay the bills. 21 Item 1.2 budget amendments. 22 MR. ROBLES: We have two today. One of 23 them's going to be for certifying new revenue. It's 24 insurance proceeds for the hail damage. You'll notice 25 it's a one-sided budget adjustment. The revenue will be 4 1 going into the general fund. The expenses will most 2 likely be taken out of the capital projects to spend our 3 last of the 2013-14 CO's. 4 COMMISSIONER LETZ: It'll be on our next 5 agenda. 6 MR. ROBLES: And budget adjustment number 7 two is for the payroll that was approved in the 8 executive session last Court. I did leave off a payroll 9 that came through, we'll see in a moment, is for current 10 employees only. I believe next week we'll do former 11 employees. So these adjustments are just for current. 12 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we approve 13 the adjustments as presented. 14 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 15 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, motion by Commissioner 16 Moser, seconded by Commissioner Belew to approve the 17 budget amendments. ROBLES: It's payroll again for the item 23 in executive session. The total is $116,266.90. 24 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Isn't there an 25 adjustment, Jennifer, for the one additional -- 5 1 MRS. STEBBINS: I was distracting her, I'm 2 sorry. 3 COMMISSIONER LETZ: For the one additional 4 employee at the Sheriff's Department? 5 MRS. JENNIFER DOSS: Yes. 6 COMMISSIONER LETZ: It's included? 7 MRS. JENNIFER DOSS: I didn't know to do 8 that today or Monday. 9 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Oh, it's going to be on 10 Monday? 11 MRS. JENNIFER DOSS: Yes. 12 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Okay, so it's not 13 included in this group of checks? 14 MRS. JENNIFER DOSS: No. 15 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Well, I move for 16 approval. 17 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second. 18 JUDGE KELLY: Okay, it's been moved by 19 Commissioner Belew, seconded by Commissioner Letz to 20 approve the payroll. Is there any further discussion? 21 Those in favor raise your hand. Unanimous, five zero. 22 Item 1.5 court orders. 23 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Yes, Judge, we have 24 court orders from April 22nd. From the list that was 25 sent out, I did visit with the County Clerk and made one 6 1 adjustment on court order 37436, which related to the 2 playground equipment in Lions Park. The initial order 3 did not say playground; it just said equipment, and not 4 playground equipment. I added the word playground 5 equipment. 6 So I make motion that we approve court 7 orders as revised for the April 22nd meeting, 37430 8 through 37441. 9 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 10 JUDGE KELLY: There's been a motion by 11 Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Harris to 12 approve court orders as revised, and identified by 13 number here in open court.
