This is our 4 bill pay docket. 5 Item 1.1 on the agenda is pay bills. 6 MRS. JOHNSON: Good morning. For Kerr 7 County we have $591,473.04. For other funds for the 8 Treasurer to disburse Adult Probation $14,683.09. The 9 Airport $1,664.91. Juvenile Probation $41,943.79. Fund 10 95, which is the 198th DA Forfeiture Account, $461.21. 11 And fund 32, which is the TDA Grant, $10,395.00. 12 COMMISSIONER BELEW: I move that we pay the 13 bills. 14 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 15 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second. Third. 16 JUDGE KELLY: Moved by Commissioner Belew, 17 seconded by Commissioner Letz to pay the bills. Any 18 further discussion? Jury fund, 22 Veteran Service, County Court at Law, and Historical 23 Commission is on that one is just certifying new 24 revenue. 25 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Move to approve the 4 1 budget amendments. 2 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 3 JUDGE KELLY: Moved by Commissioner Letz, 4 seconded by Commissioner Harris to approve the budget 5 amendments. Any further discussion? 6 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Can somebody refresh my 7 memory, what was the issue we had recently about the 8 jury money? How much of it was being kept in cash on 9 hand, was that it? 10 MR. ROBLES: I don't know if we had an 11 issue, but I think we changed the way -- 12 MRS. SOLDAN: The way we're paying jurors. 13 The District Clerk didn't want to continue to pay jurors 14 and by statute I am able to, so I took that over for the 15 District Court, and most of the Justice of the Peace, 16 and County Court at Law. 17 COMMISSIONER BELEW: How's that going? 18 MRS.
