I want to remind everybody about the 4 phones. We're going to start enforcing them after July 5 4th, just so you know. Well, how many months probation 6 did we need here? We got it worked out. We need to 7 vacate this office -- this room, a little earlier than 8 usual today because the State Board of Administrative 9 Hearing has the room, and I think it driver's license 10 revocation stuff today, and we should be seeing peace 11 officers start coming in the back so don't get nervous, 12 but they've got the room. 13 First item on the agenda is to pay bills. 14 MR. ROBLES: Good morning. Okay, Kerr 15 County for approval for the Treasurer to disburse is 16 $127,163.22. Airport $88.95. Fund 75, which is the 17 216th DA Forfeiture Fund $1,000.00. Fund 78, the County 18 Clerk fees, restitution, $226.00. And fund 95, 198th DA 19 Forfeiture $132.02. 20 COMMISSIONER LETZ: Move we pay the bills. 21 COMMISSIONER HARRIS: Second. 22 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 23 JUDGE KELLY: Okay. It's been moved by 24 Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Harris and 25 Belew that we pay the bills. Is there any further 4 1 discussion? Those in favor raise your hand. Five zero, 2 unanimous. 3 Budget amendments. 4 MR. ROBLES: We have three of them today. 5 One for County Court at Law, and one for general fund 6 insurance proceeds certifying new revenue, and one for 7 Historical Commission certifying new revenue. 8 COMMISSIONER MOSER: Move that we approve 9 the requested budget adjustments. 10 COMMISSIONER BELEW: Second. 11 JUDGE KELLY: Been moved by Commissioner 12 Moser, seconded by Commissioner Belew to approve the 13 budget amendments as presented.
