            1               JUDGE KELLY:  Kerr County Commissioner's

            2   Court will come to order.  It is Monday, July the 15th,

            3   2019, 9 o'clock.  We have a short accrual of bill pay

            4   agenda.  The first one is 1.1 is to pay the bills.

            5               MR. ROBLES:  Yes.  We have for Kerr County

            6   to disburse $720,727.55.  Airport $545.00.

            7               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  Move that we pay the

            8   bills as presented by the Acting Auditor.

            9               COMMISSIONER HARRIS:  Second.

           10               JUDGE KELLY:  Been moved by Commissioner

           11   Moser, seconded by Commissioner Harris to approve the

           12   bills as presented.  Any further comments?  Those in

           13   favor raise your hand.  Three zero, unanimous.

           14               Let the record reflect that Commissioner

           15   Letz is on vacation this week, well-earned vacation, and

           16   Commissioner Belew is not here.

           17               So item 1.2  budget amendments?

           18               MR. ROBLES:  We have one today for Human

           19   Resources moving money from books, publications, dues

           20   and lease copier and conferences, 11 hundred.

           21               COMMISSIONER HARRIS:  I move to approve the

           22   budget amendments as read.

           23               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  Second.

           24               JUDGE KELLY:  Been moved by Commissioner

           25   Harris, seconded by Commissioner Moser to approve the

            1   budget amendments as presented.  Any further discussion?

            2   Those in favor raise your hand.  Three zero, unanimous.

            3               Item 1.3 late bills?

            4               MR. ROBLES:  We do have one for the 216th

            5   District Court in the amount of $3,272.00.  It's for

            6   Court-appointed attorneys.

            7               JUDGE KELLY:  Okay.

            8               COMMISSIONER MOSER:  Move that we pay the

            9   late bill.

           10               COMMISSIONER HARRIS:  Second.

           11               JUDGE KELLY:  Moved by Commissioner Moser,

           12   seconded by Commissioner Harris to pay the late bill as

           13   presented.  Any further discussion?  Those in favor

           14   raise your hand.  Unanimous, three zero.

           15               Court orders.

           16               MRS. DOWDY:  I sent those out either last

           17   Tuesday or Wednesday.  I have not heard anything.

           18               JUDGE KELLY:  Okay.  We'll carry that over

           19   for the Wednesday meeting.
