            1               JUDGE KELLY:  Court will come to order.  It

            2   is Monday, June the 3rd, 2024 at one p.m., and the Kerr

            3   County Commissioners' Court is now in session.  At which

            4   time we'll go into executive session for a personnel

            5   matter, and so we'll go ahead and close the meeting.

            6   And if you would bring in Cory.

            7               (Executive Session.)

            8               JUDGE KELLY:  Court come back to order.  It

            9   is 2:55 and the Court is back in open session.  And any

           10   business as a result of our executive session?

           11               COMMISSIONER OVERBY:  Yes.  I would like to

           12   make a motion that we hire candidate Cory Thoennes a

           13   salary of $85,000.00 for the IT Director position.

           14               COMMISSIONER PACES:  I'll second the motion.

           15               JUDGE KELLY:  And that's starting as soon as

           16   possible.

           17               COMMISSIONER OVERBY:  Starting as soon as

           18   possible.

           19               COMMISSIONER LETZ:  And that is subject to

           20   completing the in-boarding through HR.

           21               COMMISSIONER OVERBY:  Through HR, correct.

           22               JUDGE KELLY:  Got a motion and second.  Any

           23   other discussion?  Those in favor say aye.  Opposed?

           24   Unanimous.  Thank you.

           25               With that, Court stands adjourned.
