Kerr County purchased the eSlate and eScan machines, which are manufactured by Hart Intercivic, an Austin-based company. eSlate, the electronic voting system and eScan, the paper ballot scanning equipment will be provided at each location. The equipment was purchased by the County Clerk via a HAVA grant from the state.

The equipment may be previewed on the Internet at: Hart Intercivic's site.
