Discovery on all criminal cases can be obtained
through the Kerr County Attorney’s Office by

Putting your request in writing with:

• Person’s name

• Criminal charge

• Date of offense

Videos of the offense can be obtained
by supplying a blank VHS tape or DVD with:

• Person’s name

• Criminal charge

• Date of Offense

Discoveries will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Videos or DVDs will be processed in 7 to 10 working days. There is a charge of $3.00 for document discovery and $5.00 per video.
