Definition of a Subdivision...
"A division of a tract of land into two or more parts"

County Subdivision Rules and Regulations were adopted by the Commissioners Court
November 26, 2007 and are administered by the County Engineer.
All
subdivisions situated in the County and outside of the Extra Territorial
Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Kerrville or Ingram are subject to these
rules. If either city should waive its jurisdiction over any subdivision or part
of which is located within its ETJ these regulations are applicable.
